Great discussion with Liam Adams from his hotel room the morning before racing the 2019 Berlin Marathon where Liam is hoping a less than ideal preparation due to respiratory infection he picked whilst performing his work duties as an electrician in the final weeks of his preparation doesn't hamper his efforts on improving on the 2:11:36 that he ran on the Gold Coast, 6 seconds short of the Olympic qualifying standard for Tokyo next year of 2:11:30.
Liam chats about the injuries that nearly prevented him from his debut Olympics in Rio 2016 and his experiences at the City2Surf events among other topics, I'm sure you will enjoy!
