British runner Ben Moreau certainly improved on his ability in covering the ground well in the year's he spent working and training in Sydney from 2012 after a couple of below par years for his level in the lead up to the 2012 London Olympic Games. Ben discusses how the training group dynamic in Sydney transformed him into a stronger and more competitive runner leading to a win at the 2013 City2Surf and setting career PB's in just about all distances ranging from the 3000mtr to the Marathon.
